Essential Oils: A-Z Immune Support

When we take care of ourselves through diet, adequate sleep, exercise and stress-management, our inner systems receive what they need to take better care of us, but sometimes, we need a little extra help - especially during cold season or times of escalated stress.


GOOD NEWS! is there is a variety of therapeutic grade essential oils that can help play a role in boosting and supporting the immune system for the whole family.


Below are a few common uses of these amazing oils, for your health and immune support.

Increases oxygen, breaks up congestion, reduces coughing, supports asthma allergy concerns . This oil can be diffused or applied topically to the chest, back or bottom of the feet.



Eucalyptus oil has purifying characteristics. It provides respiratory support by opening up breathing pathways. An example of how to use is while showering, place a few drops of Eucalyptus oil in the hands, place over nose, and inhale deeply.




Stimulates healthy cell growth. Its effectivness for healthy cells, has stimulated it being research for concerns such as cancer. An example of how to use this would be to rub Frankincense into bottoms of feet or rub into the hands with a coconut oil to ease tired hands from long day of work.




Powerful anti-oxidant, anti-microbial and reduces fever. An example of how to use this would be diffusing and to help avoid spread of cold in household, put in 20 drops in 16 oz spray bottle filled with water to santizie counter tops, door knobs, bathroom and kitchen appliances.




Anti- fungal, viral and bacterial. A control study demonstrated its modifying effect to the immune and inflammatory systems. One unique way to use this oil is to soak sliced apples in water and a few drops for a healthy, immune-boosting snack!*





Works on getting rid of the bad guys (multi-pathogenic). This oil is very STRONG, keep away from eyes and do NOT directly internalize. To use it, mix a drop with coconut or olive oil and rub into bottoms of feet. For a creative way to interalize, put one drop of Oregano essential oil in place of dried oregano in spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, or on a roast.





Reduces fever, rub into bottom of feet or along spine (blend with base oil). One way to effectively use this oil for fever is mix 1 drop in teaspoon coconut or olive oil and rub into spine and/or into bottoms of feet. to place one drop of Peppermint essential oil in the palm of hand with one drop Wild Orange oil and one drop Frankincense oil and inhale for a mid-day pick-me-up.






Reduces bacterial infection such as cold sores ear infection, staph, pink eye. Our favorite way to use this oil is to combine 1–2 drops with your facial cleanser for added cleansing properties, or apply to skin after shaving.
