Key Ingredients to Healthy Digestion = Long Term Health

Key Ingredients to Healthy Digestion = Long Term Health

Why Does It Matter? Are you just living life or you seeking to create a life for you (and others).. that involves... Passion–Joy– Daily sustained Energy–Mental Sharpness– Restful Sleep –Longevity

Key Ingredients for Healthy Digestion & Long Term Health food choices — eating habits — enzymes — air dried salt — healthy fats — balanced gut — balanced ph/minerals each of the ingredients will be written about individually to give you time to (chew) on them and implement

Making A Change (not a word we necessarily desire, so lets get through it) Food habits are a big contributor to having/not having a healthy digestion.  If you are wanting a difference in your health/life  but keep eating the same things, you are living out Einstein’s quoted definition of Insanity: “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result“.  Our fast paced culture makes it easy to “not have time”:  “getting a quick bite to eat” “eating on the run” not taking time to enjoy (chew) your food, eating out or pre-made foods that are filled with non-nutritive ingredients (such as: sugar, hydrogenated oils, refined and processed foods)

Now I know I lost some of you if you are still with me….Consider where is your health leaning too?  do you have sustained energy?  what do your blood labs say (not just via disease but at a functional level)?  is your life being managed by medications and doctors appointments?  are you just getting through your days or enjoying life?  BUT there are resources and there are ways and Oh what an amazing change it will be for you when you discover the amazing abilities the Creator has designed your body/mind to be capable of with what nature provides.

Healthy Digestion Ingredients #1 (FOOD CHOICES) Food Ingredients to steer away from (and replacement ingredients) KNOW YOUR FOODS – refined flours (soaked sprouted grains) – pasteurized dairy (raw/cultured dairy products) – sugar and artificial laden “treat” (home prepared snacks to monitor quantity and type of sugar (dates/raw honey) – chemically fertilized fruits/veggies (organic naturally cultivated fruits/veggies – ideally Local grown) – industrial farmed animal products (wild caught/pasture raised animal products – high consumption caffeine (water, herbal beverages, kombucha) – high consumption of alcohol (limit to 1-2 glass/week and ideally organic/biodynamic sources) – pre-made/restaurant foods (home prepared foods or at least know their sources) soon a national restaurant guide will be made available through www.westonaprice.org

How does this effect digestion? To put it simply.. the body (GI system) does not know what to do with non-nutritive “foods” or foods far from their natural state so it ends up sitting in the stomach and instead of bringing nourishment to the body it becomes a build-up of toxins in the body that alarms the immune system and then the immune system gets run down because its on 24 – 7.

True Life Experience ..of 2 people benefiting from their commitments to make a change for themselves and each other “My husband and I have recently made a huge change in our buying and eating habits (for me it was for medical reasons and for him weight loss). In the beginning it is was difficult to make a change in the food we have been eating our entire lives, find and cook the healthy foods that Tracy, our wellness coach, was educating us on and find the time to prepare the foods (we both work full time and have long commutes). It was also difficult to order out at a restaurant.  She held our hands and readily answered our questions and in just a few months (or weeks) we are so comfortable searching for the better foods, finding recipes to cook with the healthy food and eating out is easy. Our daily habits have changed tremendously. We both feel great, have lost weight!  On the small occasion that we eat something unhealthy we feel the imbalance. Our bodies crave healthy food! Amazing!!” – M&M, NJ

I’m here to guide you!  Whether its time management to take the next steps or needing resources in your areas for reliable true food resources, or you have tried some of the above but no or little change has happened and you feel stuck!  Then I invite you to email me at pilates@coe-dynamics.com with an introduction of yourself and lets discover what possibilities are awaiting for you!
