Real Food vs. Damaged Food Tracy Coe did a radio show recently on the subject of damaged foods vs, real foods. The broadcast has excellent information about foods that seem healthy, but may in fact NOT be as healthy as you thought. This is a great show—it really gets down to the nitty gritty facts about so many foods that are commonly thought of as healthy, but may in fact be damaged. This show is about making those distinctions. Tracy gives you tips and the pitfalls you should look out for when buying food and supplements. Click here to listen to the show!

BMCD New Faces: A Welcome to our Newest Teacher, Brittany Worlinsky

Welcome our newest member of the team, our Pilates Teacher, Brittany Worlinsky! Brittany is certified in the Classical style of Pilates from the Pilates Technique Certification Program. She discovered Pilates as a way to express her interests and talents in aesthetics of the human form, with a detail oriented, positive philosophy. She believes that fitness is a natural part of life and an expression of self. In addition to Pilates, Brittany is a painter. She carries a Bachelors Degree in Studio Art from the University of Florida. She loves keeping active through hiking, mountain biking and volleyball.

To introduce you to Brittany, your first class with her during the month of November 2014 will be free!
