The Harmony of New and Old Therapies
The application of therapeutic muds has been recognized
and used for health benefits since antiquity (click to learn more)
Benefits can include:
* increase circulation
* boost immune
* ease muscle tension
*rejuvenate cellular activity * rapidly clear toxicity
*intrinsic cell cleansing
*reduce inflammation and more
A newer therapy in clinical practice for several decades, low level laser, has also been proven with insurmountable research to be very effective on a wide variety of health dysfunctions, including:
* inflammation
*chronic pain relief
*expedited cellular healing (surgeries, scar tissue break down) * immune boosting
*skin anti-aging effects
*cardiovascular health
*arthritis
The Union of Old and New Addressing - Pain and Accelerated Aging
As the years go on, chronic pain (from injury, autoimmune and other diseases) becomes deeper-rooted, and actually impacts brain function.
Long term pain can reduce brain grey matter (which is specifically used for movements of daily activity) and accelerates aging. Pain sends signals through the nervous system, particularly to the brain. When the brain is constantly being stimulated by pain, the brain can become sensitized and over reactive. Two findings that support the above:
- PainScience.com publisher, Paul Ingram writes:
"There is great variety in acute pain, but chronic pain is often defined by pain sensitization, regardless of how it all started." - And world leading pain scientist, Professor Lorimer Moseley adds:
"...fear of movement, pain catastrophizing, anxiety and nervous system sensitization appear to be the main contributors to pain and disability."
BUT here’s the beauty out of the ashes – we have been wonderfully and miraculously created!
The brain is adaptive to its environment – meaning it learns (adjusts to) what is happening within its environment. In fact, the impact of long term pain on the brain does not damage it. Rather, the brain impact can be reversed back to healthy function.
Both therapeutic mud application and scalar laser have the ability to restore inner communication pathways of the body and central nervous system as well as can have a reversal role from chronic fight and flight to Rest and Relax. It is in the stage of rest and relax where the body/mind is able to restore and heal itself.
CoeDynamics functional health practice offers the combined services of therapeutic mud application along with scalar lasers and has consistently proven time and again to be extremely effective (in a short amount of time) bringing long lasting renewed functional health to many long term chronic and/or recurring physical ailments.
Testimony 001 of Many...
“I have a 40-yr old sport injury on my ankle (broken & dislocated) which gives me limited mobility and swells constantly. I did a session of mud packing along with a series of 5 sessions with the laser and was pleased with results. It broke up blockages and reduced adhesions along the scars which resulted in reduced swelling of the ankle and increasing mobility and stability.”
