Along with dance background, Sarah comes to CoeDynamics with a background teaching Pilates to clients under Chiropractic care, as well as for fitness training. Sarah believes continued education isa must for the dynamic understanding of the body. Pilates Tips: Fit Abs for your Summer swimsuit

Summer has arrived! To keep or get your abs fit and trim, along with a healthy diet, check out this series of 5 Mat Pilates abdominal exercises. We challenge you over the next 2 weeks, for 5 day/week, take 5 minutes of your day to incorporate these Pilates abdominal exercises and let us know the success you feel. To let us know what success you see, continue for another 2 weeks, 5 days/week!!

In the Community: 14th Annual Day at the Beach: “Adopt a Child for the Day”

Each Summer, PS I Love You, Inc. buses in hundreds of at-risk children in to spend a fun-filled day of beach games, face painting, boogie boarding, and much more, BUT most importantly it gives these children one-on-one time with a loving volunteer like you! 2015 Beach Day will be held Saturday July 18th. If you plan to register as a volunteer, feel free to mention CoeDynamics or Tracy Coe and we will be grouped together for the day.
