If you are averaging a minimum 2 classes per week then this package offers a great savings in adding more classes to your weekly routine without more cost! Classes available include Reformer, TRX, Pilates circuit, Pilates Jump Board, and Mat classes. Payment can be an automatic monthly charge to card on file on monthly basis or as additional perk you can pay for all 6 months (cash or check) up-front and receive 3 FREE Privates (value of $225).

In The Community: The Giving Spirit (TGS) – Serving the Homeless of Los Angeles Since 1999
In support of TGS, CoeDynamics invites you and your family to be a part of something very special! Twice a year, TGS bands together volunteers to assemble and deliver survival kits to the homeless community of Los Angeles. TGS’ summer even for 2016 will be May 20th and 21st and is an excellent opportunity for the whole family to give together. To register, click —> The Giving Spirit. Donations can also be made online.
