Suggested USE: Castor Oil can be used on Premier Organic Cotton Flannel to make externally applied castor oil packs for excellent cleansing results of skin. Castor oil is an ancient practice of topical application to ease tension such as back pain, stomach discomforts and menstrual cramps.
To Make a castor oil pack: apply 1 Tablespoon to double ply organic cotton apply to desired area (place old towel over top to avoid leakage) optional low heat with heating pad on top 30 minutes. discard pack after use
Castor Oil can also be used for
- skin support, cleanse skin and apply couple drops to skin trouble area
- soften hair: add a few drops to shampoo and scrub in hair
