Classes are instructed Live through virtual system called zoom.
Get breath, core, toned, flexible, and healthy movement to your day. Form and core connection are essentials as it will transcend to a flow of movements that involve fuller body input with decreased base support.
It is recommended in joining this class to have a minimum 3 privates or 3 months of form focused classes in your practice.
