How to Use
Do not take undiluted. Place 1/4 - 1/2 tsp in a liter (33.8oz) water drink throughout day or cosume in less time in sipping fashion. If new to this formula start with the lesser/slower process. Every 2 days increase by 1/4 tsp to reach your daily requirement (bowel tolerance). Stay hydrated throughout the day
